School, College and University projects are one of our three core areas of expertise (the other two being Care and High-end Residential). More than twenty years of consistent work in Education has given us an exceptional ability to deliver smoothly-managed programmes on complex sites with fine workmanship and minimal disruption.

Our site managers and team work well with School, College and University Heads, teachers and managers and will always inspire confidence that – however tricky the project – the contract will be delivered on time and will be something both parties can look back on with satisfaction.

The last two years alone have seen ten contracts completed on education sites from Salesian College in Farnborough to multiple jobs for the University of Creative Arts at Rochester and Canterbury. These range from small reconfiguration jobs to major Hall and Classroom extensions up to £1.6m together with fast-track Summer jobs.

We welcome opportunities to tender for all types of new-build, extension, refurbishment/repair and reconfiguration projects from around £100,000 to £2m across Central and South London and the Southern Home Counties south to Brighton and Hove.
